Just FYI, the system doesn't seem to "hang up" the line properly
when you
log out. Great job though!
I just jumped in from a gnome-terminal session on a modern Linux box,
and since it's missing the line-drawing chars, things looked a little
funny, but I was able to get around.
I did notice the lack-of-hangup problem (had to escape from Telnet
and use 'exit'), plus a wee K2K bug...
