I keep hearing that "smoke up your butt" stuff ever since I moved to
the West Coast. In the midwest, it was always "blow sugar up your
ass" -- makes more sense if you ask me.
I've lived in Ohio for most of my life... I've only heard the phrase
used with smoke, never with sugar. The other common variant is
"blow sunshine up your skirt".
Living in Michigan my whole life, I've heard it -> well, I need Linux-speak
for this:
blow [smoke|sunshine] up your [skirt|ass]
(basically, any combo of the words in brackets, making for 4 different
variations)
but like Ethan, I've never heard sugar come into play before.[1]
