I disagree here. That is mass market prices. I want a
computer *Done* right.

I would much rather pay $100 for somethingthat does the job han $25 for
soemthign that doesn't.
Going bnack 30 eyars, the BBC micro was expensive, sure. But it worked.
The Sinclair Specturm was a lot cheaper, but it was nmt useful fo rthe
soets of thigns I want to do.
I do wonder, though, why you think the HP67 (1975-ish) was the last
useable HP calcualtor. I feel the HP41 and HP71 families are also
well-desngied. Current HP models, fo coruse, are not.
