Evening...
I'm fighting with trying to get my disk formatted so I can use my

Tape records are:

3 zrqah0
Opening port /dev/ttyUSB0 .... Port open

Opened zrqch0 read-write

And it stalls after that many R and goes no further. I have no
alternative means to boot XXDP on this system...my only option is
vtserver
until I get a drive formatted.
What hardware do you have in the -11 system? I seem to recall that
vtserver
requires 128K to function properly. (Also -- I don't suppose you have a
second SLU, which would allow booting from emulated TU58...) What baud
rate
are you running this at? I've had a bit of trouble here and there with
USB
serial ports, you might try a different baud rate, start with something
slow...
11/23 with a 1M memory board. Which should be >128K so long as
nothing
went wrong.
I have a DLV11-J...I THINK one of those can be used as a TU58...but I
don't have a bootstrap module (yet) so I'm stuck with ODT.
Well, it's a pain to enter manually, but you can find a TU58 bootstrap here:
It's a couple dozen instructions, but once you've punched it in a few dozen
times it'll be like instinct :).
