It's made of simple stamped metal. It is not a precision device. If you
have a local electronics store or repair shop of any kind, they should
have an assortment of belts in various sizes, it should not be at all
hard to find an acceptable substitute. If you have to order belts,
simply figure out the size (by threading up string or wire, then
measuring how much you need), and select a diameter belt that will fit
on the pulleys. It will work.
If all else fails, PRB / Russell carry a wide assortment of replacement
belts. I'd be surprised if they didn't have a standard product that was
just right.
