In this case I would guess any computer that has some special quality
as compared to the Millions of Pee Cee's you can find.
Full documentation and reparable are features often needed too.
I still think that even relatively modern machines could *just* squeeze
into the definition of "classic" - as in, the expectation that they will
be a classic given time - if they're interesting enough.
