The actual adage was undoubtedly invented by someone that wanted to shut down legitimate
discussion. People don't want to be challenged, don't want to change (intrinsic in
that is to be shown they're wrong), don't want their ideas challenged by facts.
Let's just agree not to talk about Microsoft though, because they are like a god to
me.
