I just right-click on the pdf link and select save as. This way I don't have
wait for the entire file to load before I save it.

And this is what you do....
1. Register for the site.
2. Select the document and click download
3. Select the pdf option
4. Sit and wait.. (Watch the network activity not your screen)
5. It gets downloaded into your pdf reader (acrobat)
6. Save the pdf document as normal
7. And there you have it!
