Well *they* do own it, and it may be a law too.
The funny thing is you almost never know when a item will
be declared *Get rid of it by Yesterday*. Here in Alberta,
Canada it is local law is you have to recycle the stuff so it does
not go into the dumpster. Lead in solder I guess.
