If the object of the exercise is to demonstrate the application running, and
you need a laptop because it's portable, you'll be better off running it under
emulation on a modern laptop. Basilisk II, (Mini) vMac and Executor would all
appear to do that.
While running on an old Powerbook is tempting for authenticity, it's probably a
bit too impractical. The battery will be shot, and continually setting it up
and tearing it down will soon take its toll on the delicate old machine.
