Having done some searching I found how to make a set of disks from the CD
here:-

but I haven't yet found my WIN95 OSR2 CD to see if its possible....

Stop ignoring the advice that more knowledgeable people are offering you.
Pull the HD, connect it to another PC using a $5 external USB cable
such as this, copy the WIN95 directory across.

Or use Laplink and a nullmodem cable, but it will take hours. Boot
Toughbook from floppy from www.bootdisk.com, run Laplink or Interlink,
copy files from host PC. That's how I got Windows 95B onto my Thinkpad
700C "Butterfly"... but that was about 17 years ago, when I didn't
have the option of doing it in a few min with USB.
