Is this related to 'ARDs DECSA Law'? This law, discovered when I was
repairing a DECSA says :
'The lower the importance of a part of the DECSA, the more screws hold
it
in place'.
I would be tempted to agree with that. I just pulled a DEC PC to bits a
couple weeks ago,
and had a similar experience.
