It was a schematic of the motherboard, based on the multiple pages of
motherboard schematics in the XT Technical Reference Manual.
I can't imagine it'd be very readable at that
sort of size if it included all
the 'extras' which turn a bare-bones system into a useful machine (joking
aside about how useful the XT ever was :-)
If you want to include the schematics of the peripheral boards, such as
FDC, then draw those schematics separately, and plug those drawings into
the expansion slots of the motherboard schematics.
