Not very. I'm talking about fooling around with 4 MHz Z80s...
There's a "nuisance factor" with smaller
capacity SRAM parts--more layout,
and sockets (if you use them). You can still get new 70 nsec 128Kx8 and
512Kx8 SRAM in DIP for not a lot of money--and lower power.
I suppose I could use that as program storage or somesuch. The 32kx8 parts
could take care of my RAM needs for one of those chips with just two parts.
