I have no idea of what this might have been intended for, but it seems
obvious that it's simply a version of the VT100 that lacks a monitor.
Since the standard VT100 board has an NTSC video output on a BNC
connector, one could certainly use this with an external monitor.
Very interesting, and very odd!
