I have hand wrap tools for wiring telco "400
type" card cages; I believe
these are set up to work with ~26 ga wire +/- 2. I think the pin size on
one of my Wescom or Tellabs 400 shelves is approximately the same size as
on a DEC H927x? I will check and write back if I find a gross difference in
size between the two.
Best,
Sean

I know I've seen this before, but I can't find it just now. I need a
wire
wrap tool for qbus/unibus. What size for those pins?
I guess I'd like to know as well.... I have a bucket of wire wrap tools,
and
they all fit just perfect for unibus wirewrapping. I just assumed there
was
only was size.....
30, 28, 26, 24, and 22 AWG are all common sizes in the industry (and
still used in telecommunications). What size wire did they use?
