floppies into hard sector floppies. As I understand it, it's just a large circular
plate with holes in the right place. You clamp the floppy in it lined up with the existing
index hole, then turn it by hand and punch the additional holes. I keep thinking it sounds
simple enough I should try to make one on my mini CNC.
http://www.athana.com/ also supposedly sells hard sector floppies too, but I have no idea
of the pricing, I haven't ordered anything from them. I was pointed there from a
RetroBattlestations post several weeks ago.
