Empirical evidence says it does. Many years ago one of my uncles got
lazy and decided not to get off the tractor to take care of his
business, just stood up next to the seat and took a whiz. The wind blew
the stream into the coil terminal of that old "Poppin' Johnny" John
Deere...
It knocked him clean off the tractor.
