I had the cover off one of the newer style Model 12/16B/6000 floppy
expansion units (nicknamed "The Toaster"). As my wife walked by one
of the Rifa caps blew and a fragment hit her shin. She was not
happy. Mostly from the flash and loud pop. It also scared the cat
that was sitting on a chair beside me.
