I wonder why you think the Hobbyist licences won't work. I have a number of virtual
and physical vaxen and virtiual and have no problems networking them.
I believe that most of HECNET runs on Hobbyist Licences. After all it?s a Hobbyist
DECNET.

simulated VAXen. I wanted to add my simulated 11/780 and 11/782 to my
DECnet and wondered if there was a (legal of course) license workaround to
install networking on an older version such as 4.4. The current PAKS will not
