Remember when flowcharts were a REQUIRED part of documentation?
So, sure
enough, we wrote a program that would take a deck of FORTRAN
cards and produce a flowchart. It was not a particcularly USABLE
flowchart, but it met the "requirement".
A) In my company, Flowcharts are yet required. But the Architecture Unit
make them.
B) If I remember it correctly, IBM had something so. I've read it in one of
my books.
C) And, of course, it's the infamous IBM truth tables program generator
referred in other of my books
