IIRC, an RA81 disk has an inrush spec of 80 amps for a time period
measured in seconds.
Ok, so you don't want one of those anyway. :)
I have one of those and it doesn't trip a 30A breaker by itself. If I
have the VAX on (same PDU), I think I have to be careful about
spinning down the drive.
