There certainly wasn't any "official" CP/M for the 6502. The closest
thing I've ever seen was the ADIOS operating system for the Apple II,
which was designed to be CP/M-like. It was developed by Soft Warehouse
because they didn't consider Apple DOS to be a satisfactory operating
system to host their muMath and muLisp products.
I wrote a disk DOS for the 6502 a long time ago. It looked more like
RT-11 though with PIP.
