Jobs was the Atari tech on the project (and was the one that got the
bonus, which he never told Woz about..)
This info was told to me by the VP of Engineering of Atari at the
time this all happened.
And it's all in 'The Ultimate History of Video Games' by Steve Kent, which
is the full history of Atari (and subsidiaries), Sega, Nintendo, Coleco and
many others. Excellent read full of interviews with the key players of the
day.
Well worth getting if you're into that sort of history like I am.
