You appear to be confusing 2 numbers... interrupting capacity is the
maximum current that the breaker is rated to interrupt, not the minimum
current at which it interrupts (which is the number that it makes sense to
compare to your RCD's 200A setting). For US house breakers the latter is
typically 15A or 20A.
