Unlikely, certainly the ones I've come across don't. You may be
thinking of two-button mouse operation under Linux; the driver can
detect simultaneous pressing of both buttons on a 2-button PS/2 or
serial mouse to emulate the middle button, but that's not what a real
3-button mouse does.
