These are a military style connector; I don't
know of very many sources, but Surplus Sales of
Nebraska has a few different ones that might be
of use. If nothing else, it might give you some
part numbers to start with in searching other sites.

Which ones? your J5 and J3 are what I used to
refer to as V.35 connectors, or "Diablo 31 disk
drive" connectors, because that was the only places I ever saw them used.
Those on the bottom at J20 and J14 are new to me. Some strange DIN type??
