I have several, not for sale though. They are used for my Lilith workstation.
Tried to get them working on a serial
port, using an existing serial mouse, but did not manage.
Somehow there is a difference in the quadrature signals, I
did not investigate further.
I reconstructed its schematic, together with the rest of the Lilith, results are here :
