Sounds like a standard 3AG or MDL if it were slow
blow. Those should be
as common as dirt.
Although I'll readily admit I haven't a clue was 3AG or MDL is, if they
were as common as dirt I think I would have found them.
I'll list again: RadioShack, Mouser, Newark, Various local TV repairshops,
hardware shops, even autoparts stores.
They don't appear to have fuses matching this specification.
