What about
running an emulator? I've heard from a couple people that are
building their own game kiosk based on PC emulation.
Arcade games are quite an intensive experience, and emulations really can't
live up to that experience. Besides, that would involve some rather expensive
PC equipment anyway, not to mention the sensation of playing a mock-up every
time.
