I have has the misfortune to work on a few of them. They were dire -
drastically underspecced, cut-down (missing DIMM slots and so on) and
made of the cheapest nastiest components available. Celerons agogo.
But cheap, *if* you don't have enough of a clue to go to a friendly
local privately-owned PC shop who (if you found a good one) could
build you better for less.
