It appears to be the Swedish subtitles for the movie "When the Whales
Came". It blows me away that in 1989 (or later) that 8" floppies would
still be in current use.
I can tell you for a fact that 8" floppies were in use in the largest danish
bank until 2007. The reason is, that some customers made use of turnkey
systems, where the supplier had gone out of business. This were typically
branches like lawyers, companies selling wood, tools. etc etc. They found
that there was no off-the-shelf software for their needs, so in order to
avoid major system consultant costs, they would have preferred to use the
old system until it fell apart :-)
The data on the 8" floppies represented payments to suppliers etc.
