I saw her speak once, where she handed out "nanoseconds" and talked with
people afterward. It was very memorable. She was quite inspirational.
I'll never forget her talking about just doing things rather than asking
for permission, and her (now) famous quote on that. She had great
stories about the military and computing.
She also (if I remember correctly) had some interesting anecdotes about
drum memory and code timing - I've seen other people comment on that
here.
