Yes I know, I have two 7000s and have missed out on countless 4000-96
machines due to the resellers snapping them up.
The SPARCstations (apparently) weren't specced for something
Important(tm) within DoD, while the 4000-96 was. That's not a theory,
it's a well-known fact.
