Somebody should try writing a ghostscript driver for one. I guess
'setfont' has to display (on the host machine) 'Please insert daisywheel
for font : <name>' :-) :-)

Speaking of this, how should the wheel be aligned with the head when
inserted? I think I figured this out last night, but now I can't remember
and all the characters are wrong..
