close them again? I don;'t recomend it, but I did do it once in an
emergency...
I agre e thye're annoying -- very. I normally replace them either with a
DIP switch, as you do, (there are osme now which are no larger than an IC,
much lower profile than the older ones) oe with a header plug that I
solder jumpers across.
