::Who owns the Commodore Trademark now?
Tulip, still, but it's not being actively enforced, obviously.
As for the actual *patents*, they are owned lock, stock and barrel by
Gateway (both Amiga and 8-bit properties). The new "Amiga" corporation
only has a license, not the actual rights.
