to be easier to learn if you've never used a computer before, Apple put a
lot of effort into that aspect. Read the Mac Human Interface Guidelines
and the Style Guide, both available from their website. Unfortunately
I was always impressed by the fact that the Mac style guide was part of the
original loose-leaf Lisa/Mac documentation in the early 80's, whereas
Microsoft didn't see fit to publish theirs until 1995. It was a pretty
clear indication of priorities, I think.
