Fortunately, I bought a quart 15 years ago and haven't used it up yet.
Most of the use is through evaporation...
It's still available in some areas; another reason that you don't see
it much is that it's also used in methamphetamine production,
according to the DEA:

and many jurisdictions, in their "war on drugs" zeal make anything
having to do with meth production difficult to obtain.
