Subject: Request for those skilling in locating odd bits-
I have found myself with the need to repair a PDP 11
controlled
X-ray diffraction machine, used for crystal studies. I
don't need any PDP
bits, as the computer and everything like that works
fine.
What I do need
to find is an affordable and happy x-ray generator.
I'm
pretty new to this
I know where there is an old Xray machine from a Shoe store,
left over from when they used Xrays to make sure the shoes
fit. I'm not sure if the radioactive material has been
removed or not.
