This implies you should vote be voting for the
candidate who will set up
a household recycling service (we have one in Toronto, but it has been
threatened by the latest lumpen-Mayor).
We get some such recycling over here, in that paper/card/glass/plastci
bottles are collected separately, etc. But there is no special collection
for electrical stuff/CFLs.
If neither candidate offers the policy you want -- well, isn't that an
interesting problem...
We have many more than 2 candidates to choose between (3 main political
parties, several minor parties, and independant candidates).
