The point being that you are getting 9VA out with only 7.6VA in. This
would appear to be the basis for a perpetual motion machine.
You could do it if the primary current was increased to 5.92...A (or
perhaps 6A -- at least -- to allow for losses).
In any case, such a transformer is not goign to be a standard item. If
you need one, yuu are goign to have to buy (or salvage) some laminations
and get winding. It does seem like a very odd spec. What exactly do you
want to do and why?
