I like fine dining, but I'd never pay $100 for a hamburger. At least not
in the US. Ok, maybe in Japan.
Had a (US) Kobe beef burger at Ditka's ($13-$15 burger), and it wasn't
great. Good, but not great.
We have a local place called Burgatory which gets tons of great reviews
--- that I haven't been to because it's always too busy.
