This is fantastic, never heard of it. It's not in the vt100 pocket
guide for example. Are you sure it wasn't for a custom version?
I'm sure; it's a VT100 bug. You need a standard VT100 with keyclick
turned on. I've only just acquired a VT100 myself and I was playing with
this yesterday. There aren't that many notes available, but I've not yet
determined how many there are.
