Presumably it depends on whether 'capacity' includes a human being or
not. 120% implies that the walls are bulging :-)
I suppose physical capacity might not be based on volume - e.g. for a
first-floor room weight becomes a consideration (I'm looking up at the
ceiling panels that are falling down here from the weight of classic
hardware in the loft!)
