I agree to a point, but a gun is a helluva lot more efficient and lethal
than any of the weapons you mentioned below. The NRA tries to pitch this
sort of idea all the time, but the simple fact is, someone can walk into a
public place with a 12-gauge shotgun and create a big mess in a matter of a
few seconds.

What's next? A ban on water, computer monitors, screwdrivers, garden
shears, pillows, rocks, power cords, knives, pencils, glass jars,
assorted cooking utensils, potatos, various herbs and other plants,
tree branches, heavy books, a box of greenbar paper, monkey wrench,
darts and test-equipment probes for a start?
