Doesn't anyone hack into "Freecycle" giveaway TVs anymore for video
monitors? True, they're probably hot-chassis, but an optoisolator or
three will take care of that. My TV Typewriter used an old tube-type
Zenith portable TV for a couple of years until I glommed onto a real
monitor (some surplus Four-Phase units).
