and Brick has block diagrams
and data sheets for the entire 29xx bit-slice family along with lots
of discussion about how to hook them all up to make your own processor.
Google will find you some VHDL models. Just what will compile them
is another story. :)
Look under AMD at bitsavers for orginal documentation I think is the
best starting point.
