Since the date on the label is 1985 (or 86? I
don't recall at the
moment), and the HDA media defect information sheet is dated 1998, it
looks like I've may have a relatively new drive assembly! :-)
You have a refurbished drive. Someone sent it back to the factory, had it
refurbished and probably had it in their spares stock.
