I would imagine there is a Linux way to handle it, because
there always is. But when I bought a similar DDS-3 beast library
(50+ tapes, four drives) (for $25 or so) I found that contemporary
Windows support was expensive - the backup software folks wanted you to
buy separate server-class-price licenses for each internal drive.
